This month we love...finding our inner calm.

As the seasons change and we prepare to spend more time indoors we have been thinking about ways we can support our self-care, be mindful and present and seek inner calm at home.

Here are a few ideas to help you create calming moments at home:

Meditation



On average we have 60-70,000 thoughts a day, everyone is busy and modern life is just stressful. It is not easy to block out all the noise and tune into our inner thoughts but meditation can help.

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health. You can also use it to relax and cope with stress by refocusing your attention on something calming. Even ten minutes of meditation a day can make a big difference.
