Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not 100% delighted with your purchase and as long as the goods are in perfect condition you will be entitled to an exchange or refund for the value of the goods.

Within 7 days and as long as the goods are in perfect condition we will issue a refund for the value of the goods.
We do not give refunds on items returned after 7 days, or damaged goods not notified to us within 7 days from receipt. Returns should be well packed and labelled clearly. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Faulty or damaged products must be returned before the refund can be issued. Please ensure you enclose a note with your name, address and your order ID (found on the order sheet).
Please note, pierced earrings cannot be returned.
It is your responsibility to pay for the return of the item (unless faulty and we will refund you the cost) and obtain proof of postage, as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate. Proof of postage is recommended in the event of loss or damage as we do not compensate for parcels lost in transit.
In cases where the rejection or cancellation date is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you will not be responsible for the return delivery charge. When the return arrives back at our shop it will be assessed, and should it be concluded that the products are faulty or that there was a discrepancy in the order, the return delivery charge will be credited back to you on proof of postage receipt and to a maximum of £10.
